The LM Series is a CO2 based Vector laser. Our range of wavelengths, as well as the flexible power and focal lens configuration, provides a performance ideally suited for coding on various packaging substrates including paper, cardboard, glass or plastics. An innovative cascading cover design supported by an efficient cooling air stream ensures a high level of reliability. The result is a very low electrical energy consumption and precise, clear coding even at small font sizes. Its small outer dimensions, as well as the powerful on-board control system, enable an easy hardware and software integration of the LM series into factory networks.

The controller is the core component of the REA JET HR system. The high-quality, sturdy stainless-steel housing satisfies the protection requirements of Class IP65. The following functions are provided:

Information about the ink type used
Display of ink level, which is stored on the cartridge chip

REA JET offers a diverse range of inks in HP-TIJ 2.5 cartridges for the HR system with the following advantages:

A microchip is included with each cartridge
The chip offers a range of important advantages for day-to-day requirements.
It controls the ink-specific parameters and the current fill-level
It provides a high level of operating reliability and ensures consistently high print quality.
When cartridges are replaced (e.g. in case of a change of production location), the most recent ink fill-level is saved and is automatically read when used next. Information is provided on the remaining print capacity, which allows you to avoid wasting ink

Dust, moisture or cold – no problem for the “drop on demand” marking system DOD from REA JET: The robust large character ink-jet printer is ideally suited for use in daily production. The coding and marking solution marks absorbent and non-absorbent material with text, data or logos in a type height from 3 to 140 mm. For larger fonts the modular components can be combined. The print heads are available with 7, 16 or 32 nozzles; their resolution conforms to all industry standards for marking and coding.

HP TIJ 2.5 cartridges are “printer cartridges” which are used in office printers and in plotters (large format printers). With their properties, these cartridges are especially well suited for use in industrial marking and coding systems.

The cartridge includes both – the printing engine (incl. nozzles) and the ink tank! Each time the cartridge is changed, the printing engine is also renewed. This is one of the reasons for the consistently high printing quality and availability of marking and coding systems which are based on this technology.

Because the cartridge already contains all the necessary parts for ink drop generation, industrial marking and coding systems with HP TIJ 2.5 cartridges do not require additional parts such as pumps, valves, etc., and are thus maintenance free.
